Vice President Kamala Harris will travel to Portsmouth, New Hampshire, on Wednesday to deliver remarks at a campaign.
As CNN previously reported, Harris is set to propose a handful of new benefits to entrepreneurs and small business owners to spur the creation of millions of new companies, as part of a second wave of economic proposals.
