The Department of Justice (DOJ) has alerted tech billionaire Elon Musk that the $1 million daily payments to registered voters in swing states could breach federal election laws, as reported by various media outlets on Wednesday.
The department’s public integrity division, responsible for examining possible election-related legal violations, sent a letter to Musk’s America PAC.
