Former President Donald Trump is addressing supporters at a campaign event in North Carolina, holding his third rally in two days in the Southern battleground state.
The event, which is being held in the city of Kinston, comes as polls show Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris in a tight race for the state’s 16 electoral votes.
North Carolina is among the seven states viewed as likely to determine the presidential election. Both Harris and Trump campaigned there this weekend, underlining the state’s importance in the final days of the race.
This is Trump’s second rally Sunday, after a morning event in Pennsylvania where he invoked an increasingly dark closing message.
