‘Central Asia Quartet’ offers new America First model abroad

U.S. President Donald Trump should form a “Central Asia Quartet” with Turkey, Japan and South Korea to sustain engagement with the Greater Central Asian region while keeping costs low, according to an analyst with the Atlantic Council’s Turkey Program.
